Jacky attended CAS Future Leaders and ACS Fall 2022. At CAS, he and other graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from around the world learned about essential leadership skills in science, including science communication, mentorship, and storytelling. At ACS, he presented two talks on his work with students from English-as-an-additional language backgrounds in chemistry.
